Project management
Project management is a core Zynetix skill. Today, many of our people have long track records as successful project managers. Additionally, we train AMEC people in our proprietary project management system, Convero, and also at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology where we helped develop its MSc in project management.
We develop plans and manage all aspects of a project to deliver within budget and on schedule.
Training
Zynetix offer training courses on equipment as well as technologies. Our trainers are qualified in the delivery of GSM, IP, radio and access system technologies courses, with specific practical knowledge in the operation of these technologies in a carrier network setting.
Zynetix believe in combining both theoretical and practical training. This results in students gaining not only the essential theoretical information, but also the knowledge that can only come from years of experience in the day-to-day administration of carrier networks and equipment.
Product specific courses are also available, providing instructions on installation, operation and maintenance procedures, ensuring that attendees are competent in the day-to-day operation of equipment and capable of providing first level maintenance and support. Specific courses can be tailored to cover planning and network design aspects associated with setting up and maintaining a Zynetix network solution.
Technical support
The Zynetix technical support team consists of dedicated professionals with unmatched expertise in integrating telecommunications solutions into real-world networks. The team provides global technical support on all Zynetix products via telephone or email support to all customers with a support contract.
